UK Shipping Times

These are estimated shipping times for the arrival of your order after it has been drawn and dispatched. 
 
Standard Shipping (Sent First Class - no tracking number) - 1 to 3 Working Days 
Tracked Shipping (Signed for - with tracking number) - Next Working Day
 
We are not liable for any lost mail if sent with Standard shipping.

As they are only estimated times, the delivery may vary during certain times of the year or under other circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal services or customs.

Question 2

Shipping to EU, US, and Other Countries

Accepted Answer

These are estimated shipping times for the arrival of your order for USA, Canada, and other International countries after it has been drawn and dispatched. 
 
Standard Shipping (Standard International, no tracking) - Up to 42 Working Days 
Tracked Shipping (Signed For, with tracking) - 5-14 Working Days 
 
We are not liable for any lost mail if sent with Standard shipping.
 
As they are only estimated times, the delivery may vary during certain times of the year or under other circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal services or customs.

Any orders placed outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any VAT, Handling Fees, Custom Fees, and any other fees incurred by receiving the parcel in their country.

Question 3

Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds

Accepted Answer

I do not accept returns on custom orders unless the order is damaged.

To return (non-custom) items;
- contact me within 14 days of delivery.
- ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
- buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I do not offer refunds on custom orders.

This is because I have spent the time drawing your order. You do have the option to make changes to your portrait before it is printed/marked as fulfilled - but once it has been confirmed that you are happy with your portrait, no further changes can be made.

I do accept cancellations of custom orders.

To cancel an order:
- request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
 
Cancellations & returns are not accepted for digitally sold items. 
 
We are not liable for any lost mail sent with standard shipping

Question 4

Customs, VAT & Import Tax

Accepted Answer

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes and VAT that may apply, outside the UK. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
