For standard non-personalised products, returns are accepted in line with UK consumer rights.Please contact Skittlesketch within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return an item.Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Digital products cannot be refunded.
Please contact contact@skittlesketch.co.uk as soon as possible with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.I will work with you to resolve the issue.
Delivery times do really vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by busy periods, postal delays, customs, or circumstances outside my control, but if you have any issues or questions please don't hesitate to contact me!
