The Positive Pals is a positive mail club that sends an A5 Print, sticker or sticker sheet, and a newspaper to your door. Every month is themed off a good news story, and the newspaper is full of other happy stories, including readers good news that they wanted to share!
Its a safe space to celebrate our goals, dreams, and happy moments, from raises at work, to going outside for the first time in a week, we all want to celebrate it together with you.
To keep costs as low as possible, unfortunately there is no tracking number for your mail.
If it has been:
- Over 14 working days* if you're in the UK
- Over 20 working days if you're in Europe
- Over 25 working days if you're anywhere else
Then please let me know that your mail has not arrived and this will be reported to the mail carriers and a replacement can be sent once the claim is accepted.
*Monday to Friday, excluding bank Holidays and any other major Holiday
The Positive Pals Mail club is sent out (and billed) every month. You must sign up to the mail club by the 5th of the month to receive that months mail, for example if you would like November's mail, you must sign up by the 5th of November.
Every month the mail club is sent out within 7 working days* following this cut off date.
Here are the estimated** arrival times after dispatch:
UK - 2 working days
Europe - 3-5 working days
anywhere else in the world (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)- 5-7 working days
*Monday to Friday, excluding bank Holidays and any other major Holiday
**I say estimated because the postal system can completely vary on demand, Holidays, strikes, weather, etc. Your item may also be held at customs if you are outside of the UK.
You can cancel or pause your Positive Pals membership at anytime.

Please remember to include your full name and email address which you subscribed with, otherwise this will delay cancelling your order.
When you have contacted me about canceling your Positive Pals subscription, it may take me between 1-3 working days to respond. If a reoccurring payment is made after you have contacted me about cancelation, I will refund your order.
Unfortunately due to Brexit and other silly things our government have done here in the UK, anyone outside the UK is now prone to receiving custom and tax fees on top of the payment of their original order. This now also includes anyone in the EU.
Unfortunately, I am unable to determine how much the custom fees are in your country/state as they vary dramatically.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs/import/duty tax on their order. If the order is returned because this payment was not made, I am unable to refund your order.
