I use my iPad and a software called Procreate to draw the portraits digitally by hand! If you are ordering a painting or pencil portrait, they are done in varying types of things depending on the portrait - but you can find that info in the description!

Yes! I will send you a copy of your portrait beforehand to confirm that you are happy with it before printing. If you would like any changes made to the portrait, these can be made here. If I don't hear from you within 10 working days of sending you your finished portrait, it gets printed and sent to you regardless. Once it has been printed and sent to you, no further changes can be made.

Yes! Once you have ordered a pet portrait you can purchase anything from the Re-Buy section on the website. This allows you to have you pet's portrait on any of the products I have for sale, new and old, for up to 90% off!
