What is the Positive Pals Mail Club?

Positive Pals is a monthly illustrated mail subscription created by me, Skittlesketch!Each month, subscribers receive a little bundle of happiness through illustrated stories, creative surprises, and positive messages delivered straight through their letterbox.It is designed to be a small moment of joy each month, and a reminder that good things are happening we might just not see them as frequently. Its a safe space to celebrate our goals, dreams, and happy moments, from raises at work, to going outside for the first time in a week, we all want to celebrate it together with you.

What is included in Positive Pals?

The contents depend on which membership option you choose.Physical Positive Pals memberships include:An illustrated mini newspaperAn A5 art printA sticker or sticker sheetTwo surprise goodiesSurprise goodies can vary each month and may include things such as keychains, bookmarks, postcards, extra stickers, or other illustrated goodies.The contents may change from month to month, but I will always try my best to give you the best items possible! The Newspaper only edition includes just the 8 page newspaper. The Digital Positive Pals Edition includes all the goodies and newspaper just as a digital file, which is sent via Google Drive every month by email.

What are the different Positive Pals Club Options?

You can choose from:Monthly SubscriptionA rolling monthly subscription where payment is automatically taken each month until cancelled.3, 6 or 12 Month MembershipsA prepaid or recurring bundle option where you commit to receiving multiple editions. Longer memberships include discounts as a thank you for committing for longer.Newspaper OnlyReceive just the illustrated Positive Pals newspaper without the print, sticker, or surprise goodies.Digital Positive PalsReceive the Positive Pals contents digitally instead of through your letterbox.

Is Positive Pals available internationally?

Yes!Positive Pals is available worldwide.Please remember that international orders may be subject to customs charges, VAT, import fees, or handling fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.(It's best to check with your local authorities and shipping handlers to estimate the amount you may have to pay.)

When will my first Positive Pals edition arrive?

Accepted Answer

Positive Pals editions are sent out shortly after the 5th of each month. Orders placed on or before the 5th will receive that month’s edition. Orders placed after the 5th will begin with the following month’s edition.For example:If you order on 4 June, your first edition will be June’s Positive Pals.If you order on 10 June, your first edition will be July’s Positive Pals.Editions are printed, packed and shipped the week after the 5th of that month.

Does the Positive Pals have tracked shipping?

To keep the subscription affordable, Positive Pals is usually sent using standard untracked delivery.If your edition does not arrive, please contact contact@skittlesketch.co.uk and I will help resolve the issue.

Question 8

When Will I be charged?

Accepted Answer

For monthly subscriptions, your payment date is based on the date you originally subscribed.For example, if you subscribe on the 13th May, payments will be taken on the 13th of each following month.3, 6 and 12 month memberships will follow the payment schedule selected at checkout.

What happens if my payment fails?

Accepted Answer

If a payment fails, your payment method will be retried and you will have a short grace period to update your payment details.If payment is not received, your subscription may be cancelled.If you restart after cancellation, previous discounts or subscriber benefits may no longer apply.

Can I pause my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can pause your Positive Pals subscription for up to three months at a time.Please contact me at contact@skittlesketch.co.uk with your preferred restart date and I will arrange this for you.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.To avoid being charged for the next edition, please cancel before your next scheduled payment date.You can cancel by contacting me at contact@skittlesketch.co.uk or through my contact page with the full name on the subscription. If your payment has already been processed, your Positive Pals edition will still be sent and unfortunately a refund cannot be provided.

Can I cancel a 3, 6 or 12 month membership?

Longer memberships are offered at a discounted price because you are committing to receiving multiple editions.Once your first edition has been dispatched, these memberships cannot be cancelled or refunded.This is because Positive Pals editions are produced based on subscriber numbers and the discounted price reflects your longer commitment.

Question 13

Can I print my digital Positive Pals files?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Digital members can print the files for their own personal use.However, digital files cannot be used commercially, resold, redistributed, or used to create products for sale.If you are interested in using Skittlesketch artwork commercially, please contact me.
