Absolutely — you’re free to cancel at any time! Just make sure you cancel before the 5th of the month, as that’s our cut-off date for the next month’s mail.

If you cancel after a payment has already been taken, you’ll still receive that month’s Positive Pals post, but we won’t be able to refund you.

If something goes wrong with your post, whether it’s gone missing or arrived in less-than-perfect condition, just get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll happily send you a replacement.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind or don’t love a particular month’s design (though we hope you always will! 💛)

Yes! We absolutely love including stories from our lovely community! You can send your story, idea, or piece of good news to contact@skittlesketch.co.uk or message me on any of my social media pages.

Please note that due to the number of submissions we receive, we can’t guarantee every story will be included,  but that doesn’t make your story any less special. We’re so grateful for every positive moment shared with us 🌻

The cut-off date is the 5th of each month.

• If you subscribe before the 5th, you’ll receive that month’s Positive Pals mail.

• If you subscribe after the 5th, your subscription will start the following month.

All orders are sent out during the second week of the month. UK orders usually arrive within a few working days, while international delivery can take 1–3 weeks depending on where you are.

If you’re outside the UK, please make sure you choose the international subscription listing when you sign up. This covers the extra cost of shipping.

International subscribers are responsible for any customs charges, VAT, handling fees, or import taxes that may be applied when your parcel arrives in your country.
