Waiting times can vary depending on a variety of factors, you can see the current estimated wait time right at the top of the page in the coloured banner. If you need the portrait for a specific date please let me know before ordering so I can see if I can get it to you on time.

I use my iPad and a software called Procreate to draw the portraits digitally by hand! If you are ordering a painting or pencil portrait, they are done in varying types of things depending on the portrait - but you can find that info in the description!

Yes! I will send you a copy of your portrait beforehand to confirm that you are happy with it before printing. If you would like any changes made to the portrait, these can be made here. If I don't hear from you within 10 working days of sending you your finished portrait, it gets printed and sent to you regardless. Once it has been printed and sent to you, no further changes can be made.
